It’s been almost two years of reworking, time off, more reworking, fixing mistakes, more time off, and I’m nearly finished with this painting. Not much left to do, except for some detail work on the right side which is an NYC MTA transit map for Manhattan. Maybe some minor things here and there, the laces on the purple Chuck boots.
Now here are the stages of progress up until now.
I didn’t like the pistachio color on the guy, so I had it changed. The background in the window also was changed, that’s something that I need to address before calling it a wrap. See what I mean, I’m already finding things to nitpick, and it’s what’s been making this piece take so damn long to finish. What do you think, comments, tips, tricks, cash will be accepted.
