C is for Crayola

I love watching Sesame Street, yeah I’m 40 and I haven’t stopped watching the show since I was 5. What kid or grown up doesn’t? I bought a box of Crayola crayons a few weeks ago with the intention of creating an image with them. Nothing came to mind, and so they sat on my desk, waiting, waiting. Then late Friday it hit me: Sesame Street turns 45 on Monday the 10th, bam! I’ll draw some of the characters using the crayons as a way to celebrate this milestone. Below is what I started with, and then the mostly finished piece. I still have some more work to do before I can say it’s done.
